In the context of TS4 mods, the author "Fallen" is a collective pseudonym used to represent a group of people.

WickedWhims

TURBODRIVER's WickedWhims is the most popular sex mod for The Sims 4. It is a mod that offers animated sex, exhibitionism interactions, relationship enhancements and gameplay improvements. It adds custom mechanics, custom skills, custom traits, custom moodlets, custom whims, custom jobs, custom reactions, support for exhibitionism and sex autonomy interactions, custom story progression and modifications to existing gameplay.

Animations

Unlike The Sims 3, sex animations designed for adults stretch the loli/shota bodies, making them horribly deformed during the animations. That is because the models adjust to the bones and not vice versa. Therefore, animations for loli/shota must be designed specifically for them. It's also possible to manually convert existing adult animations.
