A much older (and possibly decrepit) mod that changes all the NPCs in the world into the older non-SkyKids version of the loli Monli Race. Different .esp's change different npcs (for instance, part 2 changes guards). Possibly incomplete - please let us know if there are files missing (especially if you get purple textures after installing or "missing mesh" exclamation points everywhere), and we will try our best to find them (no promises though, and the mod is quite difficult to find anywhere).
